2. Collection and publication of RSS news
Professional use: Subscribers may use an RSS connection to Keldan for professional purposes, provided that the other terms of the website are followed.
Appropriate publication: Content published from RSS feeds must be appropriate for Keldan's readers and in line with the purpose of the website.
Number of articles: Subscribers shall exercise reasonable judgement in the number of articles published, in order to ensure balance and quality of content for readers.
Lawful publication: It shall be ensured that content published through Keldan's RSS feeds complies with applicable laws and rules, and that it is not defamatory or degrading to others. Care shall also be taken that the content and its publication do not harm Keldan's reputation or cause damage to other users.
3. Liability and disclaimer
Reliability of information: The reliability of the information subscribers publish through RSS feeds on Keldan shall be ensured. Subscribers alone bear liability for any damage that may result from the use and publication of content.
